Another Shakira song announcement dig at Pique: A wolf like me…

Fans of Shakira have aimed another dig at her former partner Gerard Pique, after the couple announced that they were breaking up last year.

Announcing the release of her new song, just a few months after releasing her hit ‘Te felicito’, a Shakira community account posted a message that is being taken as a message for the Catalan.

“A wolf like me is not for guys like you! 01/11,” read the post on Twitter.

Was Shakira referring to Pique?

This is not the first time a Shakira post on social media is considered to be a message to the former Barcelona centre-back.

“Although our wounds remain open in this new year, time has the hands of a surgeon,” she posted on Instagram on January 1.

“Even if someone has betrayed us, we must continue to trust. In the face of contempt, continue to value oneself.

“Because there are more good people than indecent. More empathetic people than indolent.

“There are fewer who leave and more who remain by our side.

“Our tears are not a waste, they water the mourning where the future will be born and make us more human so that in the midst of heartbreak we can continue to love.”
