Shanquella Robinson’s friend has an arrest warrant after her death in Cabo San Lucas

Almost a month after Shanquella Robinson died during a vacation she was taking in Cabo San Lucas, the local prosecutor’s office has issued an arrest warrant against her alleged assailant, who was supposedly a friend of the woman.

Daniel de la Rosa Anaya, local prosecutor, gave an update on the case and pointed out that Shanquella’s death on October 29 was a femicide, a gender-based murder and hate crime.

They have detected the alleged perpetrator of her death

“This case is fully clarified, there is even an arrest warrant issued for the crime of femicide to the detriment of the victim and against an alleged perpetrator, a friend of hers, who is the direct aggressor. In reality, it was not a quarrel, but a direct aggression,” said Anaya.

“We are carrying out all the relevant procedures, such as the Interpol alert and the extradition request to the United States of America. We are dealing with two Americans, the victim and the culprit,” he added.

The identity of the assailant is not disclosed

Shanquella Robinson arrived in Cabo San Lucas at the end of October to celebrate her birthday, one day before her death. She arrived accompanied by six friends, one of whom is allegedly responsible for the murder.
