Boxing: Mike Tyson calls Errol Spence a ‘a mean helluva motherf***er’

The legendary heavyweight fighter Mike Tyson recently spoke with ET star Mario Lopez live on social media about a variety of subjects, including Usyk vs. Joshua, Ryan Garcia, and much more.

Amongst those things, Tyson threw in on his predictions for the much anticipated Spence vs. Crawford, calling Spence ‘a mean helluva motherf***er’.

Tyson goes into detail as to the strengths and weaknesses of each fighter but ultimately makes his decision. If their undisputed welterweight world title match does indeed takes place later this year, Mike Tyson has picked Terence Crawford to defeat Errol Spence.

The four belts in their division will be united when the two top American 147-pound fighters finally square off.

Spence vs Crawford inevitable?

The two have been headed for conflict ever since Crawford moved up in weight and won the WBO title in 2018.

Spence won his first title-the IBF-back in 2017 and insisted that he would win the other two before challenging Crawford in the storied match.

Spence kept his word by defeating Shawn Porter to win the WBC in 2019 and stopping Yordenis Ugas to win the WBA in his most recent fight.

Crawford previously won a world title at lightweight and unification of all four belts as undisputed champion at super-lightweight before moving up to welterweight.

Although Crawford has defeated a number of champions, the biggest knock against him throughout his career has been the dearth of genuine world-class competition.

After Spence had only defeated him on points the previous time, he set out to make up for it as he stopped Porter, becoming the first man to do so.

Crawford is now in a great position to pursue the Spence fight because he became a free agent following this fight.

According to ESPN, an agreement between the parties to meet in the latter part of this year is “closing in.”
