Jacoby Brisset was born on December 11, 1993 in West Palm Beach Florida.
He then attended William T. Dwyer High School where he was a star with his performances earning him a place on the University of Florida’s college football team.
Initially starting as a backup to starter John Brantley, Brisset made his starting debut against LSU. Brisset would then enter his sophomore year competing with Jeff Driskel for the starting quarterback position before eventually transferring to North Carolina State University where he would make a name for himself passing 2,606 yards with 23 touchdowns and five interceptions before passing 2,662 yards and 20 touchdowns and six interceptions in his senior year.
Brisset was then selected by the Patriots as a third round draft pick and 91st overall in 2016 NFL Draft.
While Brisset started life in Boston on a positive, winning his first game against the Miami Dolphins, he would eventually be relegated to injured reserve list following Tom Brady‘s reintroduction.
Despite being part of the team the that won the Super Bowl, Brisset would depart the Patriots for the Colts at the end of the year.
