Just a couple of weeks after their wedding at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s marriage certificate has been leaked.
The pair had a surprise wedding on July 17 and the document from the Clark County Clerk’s Office confirms that they were married by Pastor Ryan Wolfe and that their main witness was Kenosha Booth.
The marriage certificate also confirms that J-Lo “wishes to use the name Jennifer Affleck after marriage”.
When did Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck get married?
The pair originally got engaged in 2002, but then that wedding was called off two years and they split up.
They have now got back together two decades later and Affleck proposed while she was having a bubble bath, ahead of the wedding on July 17.
“On Saturday night, in my favourite place in the world, my beautiful love got down on one knee and asked for my hand,” Jennifer Lopez posted in her newsletter, as reported by PEOPLE magazine.
“I was literally speechless. Then he asked me. Of course I said ‘yes’!”
That was when they went to the chapel in Las Vegas and has a quick wedding, although the celebrities are now planning a big party where they’ll celebrate their marriage with family and friends.
For the event, they have reportedly hired Colin Cowie, who has been named the number one wedding planner by Vogue.
Cowie‘s company has offices in New York and Los Angeles and they organise events with budgets that go up to 25 million dollars.
“For nearly 30 years we have created magical memories on a global scale for a diverse set of clients, including private individuals, socialites, royalty, red-carpet celebrities and captains of industry,” is how Cowie‘s company describes themselves on their website.
A Page Six source revealed that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s celebration will be a multi-day event.
