Shakira and Rauw Alejandro‘s ‘Te felicito’ has reached as many as one hundred million views on YouTube.
The new hit was released on April 21, which is around two months before the famous singer and Gerard Pique announced that there are breaking up.
In fact, the Google searches for the aforementioned song increased after the news broke about her possible split from the Barcelona centre-back, according to data provided by the popular search engine.
The Catalan region is understandably were the most searches come from, with both Shakira and Pique living in Barcelona.
Meanwhile, there can also be noted a rise in searches for ‘Gerard Pique‘, “Infidelidad”, which means ‘infidelity’ in Spanish, or “Letra te felicito”, which means ‘Te felicito lyrics’, in related subjects.

Both Shakira‘s parts and some of the American group’s could be interpreted as a message to the Colombian singer’s current state.
