Boxing: Andy Ruiz sends motivational message: “If I could do it, everyone can”

Andy Ruiz became an inspiration for all Mexicans, as the Mexican boxer became World Champion after defeating Anthony Joshua, who later defeated him in a rematch.

The two fights against the Briton made the world look at the California-born fighter. That is why he assured that he will try to transmit confidence to the people who attend the massive class that will be given in Mexico City to become champions.

“The Destroyer” wants to motivate people

“We are going to open the mind for them that everything is possible. If I did it, they can do it too. It’s the sacrifice. We are going to motivate more people, more kids, more people who are going to want to be world champions,” he said at a press conference.

Likewise, Andy Ruiz assured that he is nervous about participating in the massive training, although he is confident that Mexico will achieve the Guinness record.

Ruiz seeks to support Mexican youth

“It’s a pleasure to be here supporting the event we are going to have. I think it’s going to be something very good for Mexico. Maybe they will become champions by training. It is something good and God willing we are going to win the record. The goal is to teach the boys how to throw the punches, how we prepare, but I’m a little nervous,” he said.

Ruiz will be present on stage along with different Mexican boxing stars such as Oscar Valdez, Mariana ‘Barby’ Juarez, Jackie Nava, Erick ‘Terrible’ Morales, Guadalupe Pintor, among others.
