MLB News: SOLD OUT! No tickets available for any of the World Baseball Classic’s remaining games in Miami

The Miami Marlins announced that the 2023 World Baseball Classic’s remaining games at loanDepot Park in Miami, Florida are sold out, but fans still have an opportunity to attend as tickets are being offered on the secondary market.

This includes the last of the Quarterfinals Round games, between the United States and Venezuela this Saturday March 18 at 7 p.m. ET, with the winner of the matchup scheduled to play the next day at loanDepot Park against Cuba in the Semifinal Round of the WBC.

Japan and Mexico are the other two teams in the Semifinal Round, with their game being scheduled for Monday at the same time.

loanDepot had record attendance during the WBC’s Pool D games

Pool D of the 2023 World Baseball Classic had it’s 10 games at loanDepot Park, with Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Nicaragua and Israel participating, with fans setting an attendance record for a round hosted by the United States in the tournament’s history, with almost 300,000 fans throughout the five days of activities.

Six out of 10 games had over 30,000 fans in attendance.
