Michelle Yeoh drops ‘f-bomb’ in her tear-jerking acceptance speech at the SAGs

Michelle Yeoh is having the best moment of her career so far, as she is getting the recognition an actress of her stature deserves, this time she’s won the for outstanding performance by a female actor in a leading role at this year’s edition of the Screen Actors Guild.

Everything Everywhere All at Once is a movie that has been present in all of the award ceremonies this year and the cast was always nominated along with the movie itself, all of this buzz puts in Everything Everywhere All at Once in a very good place to win an Oscar.

“I think if I speak, my heart will explode, every one of you know the journey, the roller-coaster ride, the ups and downs. But most important, you never give up. I thank you for your love, for your support, because I know I’m up against titans.” She said.

Yeoh’s win was also ushered in with her fellow co-stars of “Everything Everywhere All at Once” Jamie Lee Curtis, in supporting actress, and Ke Huy Quan, in supporting actor.

This brings back the question about the Oscars, the SAGs could be a buzz trampoline for Yeoh to win the Best Actress award but it is still a close call as there are incredible performances for the coveted statue.

“This is not just for me; this is for every little girl that looks like me,” she elaborated “Thank you for giving me a seat at the table because so many of us need this. We want to be seen, we want to be heard, and tonight you’ve shown us that it is possible, and I’m grateful. And my mom will be eternally grateful to you!” Yeoh concluded.
