2020 arrest
His arrest took place in 2020 and coincided with the COVID-19 virus outbreak.
However, although his sentence was somewhat longer, the Brazilian was ‘only’ in prison for one month along with his brother Roberto de Assis Moreira.

In total, he was imprisoned with his brother for a total of 171 days between his different modes of detention.
