Insider Pete O’Rourke has claimed that Kyogo Furuhashi is set to stay at Celtic beyond the summer, with Ange Postecoglu set to build the side around the attacker.

However, O’Rourke has claimed that the striker is to remain at the club as Postecoglu sees him as a key player who he can build the team around.

Celtic are set to win another title, as they find themselves nine points clear of Rangers, and Kyogo has played a major part in their sensational form this season.

Speaking to GiveMeSport, O’Rourke revealed the positive news about Kyogo, as rumours about a departure will have certainly worried Celtic fans.

“I think Ange Postecoglou will be determined to keep Kyogo and he’s looking to build a team around him as well,” he stated.

“I’m sure Celtic, unless it was a big, big money offer, will probably look to keep the Japanese international.”
